Shop & Shipping Schedule
Orders generally ship the next business day (USPS holidays, weekends, and shop closures excepted): Orders are packed first thing in the morning Monday - Friday and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The website will email a tracking number when your order ships, so keep an eye on your email if you want to keep tabs on the progress. Orders placed after appx 7:00AM MT typically will not be shipped until the following shipping day. We are one of the first stops on the route so we are usually scrambling to get orders out in the morning, ESPECIALLY Monday morning. We try, but no promises.
Our typical shop schedule: This may change without advance notice - we all know how life likes to throw curve balls at a person. Should something come up, it will be posted below and/or a pop-up notification will be added to the site.
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mountain time)

Anticipated "Out of the Shop" dates: Please expect slow responses to emails and delayed shipping during these times. If you are expecting a reply from us, and it is not one of the dates listed below, and been longer than 2-3 days, please check your junk/spam filter. Microsoft emails (outlook, hotmail, live, etc), Google, and Yahoo have a tendency to block our emails and not notify the recipient at all.
- June 25, 2026 through July or August? Estimated to be off my feet for 3-6 weeks as per the Doc but supposedly could be up to 3 months. Having a knee replaced. Hoping they are seriously over-estimating - and I can get in and get some orders packed and out after a couple weeks? Im really flying by the seat of my pants on this... Ill do my best to get things out as best I can!
- November 24, 2026 - November 30, 2026 - Thanksgiving - CLOSED
- December 18, 2026 - January , 2027 - MOSTLY CLOSED - Christmas and New Years (We will likely have a day or two when we come in and ship out the accumulated orders - but it will be random unplanned)
- September 2027 - Extended archery elk hunt in the planning stages. Up to 4 weeks out of the shop - "Tag of a lifetime" type opportunity.

Holiday Shipping: We are at the mercy of the USPS - what ever they report as their "estimated ship by" time is as good of a guess as we have... Once it's out of our hands - its in the USPS's hands - until its in yours! :D If we were to make a wild guess, we would say that to feel "pretty sure" it will get there by Christmas, your order should be placed by December 16th-18th just to be safe.
Express mail is an option, but due to our small post office and location on the main route - we are only guaranteed 2-day on Express mail - it can be sort of a costly upgrade for not much faster service. Information on Express Mail Upgrades can be hound HERE.
