This category is for customers that have already made prior arrangements for either custom tools or services (such as custom mandrels, jigs, CNC services, reed punches, etc…) and wish to pay via the website.  If you have not already worked something out with us for a custom product or service, there really isn’t anything here that will make much sense.

Already contacted us and looking to pay online for your custom work?
Once you have received and accepted the quote for your requested work, you will receive an email with an “item number” (usually a 5 – 10 digit alpha-numeric code).  Select that item number in the "Options" drop down, add it to your cart, and proceed to the checkout in the normal fashion.  The "item number" will show on your invoice as the P.O. Number.

Shipping and Sales Taxes:

This is handled differently from item to item.  The general theory is: if it is a product (jig, reed punch, mandrel) it will be subject to shipping and sales tax rules (Colorado Residents).  If it is a service (CNC turning, polishing, blank boring, tone channel drilling, setup fees, etc...) any shipping or sales tax will be already accounted for in the "item" total.  Each "item" description will explain if one should expect the cart to add shipping and sales tax (CO residents only) or not.  Contact us if there are any inconsistencies.

If you wish to order other items in addition to your custom work, just continue shopping as normal and we will include those items in the shipment with your custom work/products.  These additional items are subject to tax and shipping (unless the total is over $300.00 at which point the "free shipping" will kick in on the added products.)
