Returns/Exchanges

***  Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Returns are NOT ALLOWED on items that are expected to come in contact with bodily fluids (saliva etc).  This includes, but is not be limited to:  Reeds, Guts/Tone boards, cork/wedges/sanoprene, and inserts (Gutserts/Molded inserts/Kegs).  This rule will not bend on this rule - even if you bought 1000 sets of guts and "didn't even open the box".

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT THE PROVIDED RMA# ON THE BOX.  You will receive a RMA # via email after you start the return process at the following link automated return system.

There is a 10% "restocking fee" for returned items.  This will help cover the costs incurred from the originating order and helps us keep prices low.

 Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of most of the products on this site, the majority of our products are either not returnable/exchangeable or have strict stipulations surrounding the return/exchange of the product to keep products safe for all of our customers.

All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please use the automated return system)Be sure to specify if you request a refund or an exchange.  Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date.   Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.  Refunds will be made once products have been received, inspected, and approved by WEBFoot Custom Calls.  If the products are not in satisfactory condition they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or an additional fee may be deducted from the refund.  Shipping costs of returning unacceptable items to the customer is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund, or if no refund due, will not be returned until return postage has been paid.


WEBFoot reserves the right to repair, replace, or substitute a comparable item at its discretion.

  • Call making guts, Molded inserts, Gutserts, Corks, Wedges, Reeds, etc... :  Are non-returnable unless defective. (Which will be at the discretion of WEBFoot Custom Calls)  For the safety and well being of our customers, we cannot take the chance of accepting returns for items that may come in contact with saliva or other bodily fluids.  This non-returnable policy is the exact reason why we do not have minimum order quantities on our guts and smaller quantities available of other items.  We feel, since one can not return these items if they do not "work out", that the customer should be able to purchase one set or a small quantity to try out before they commit to a larger quantity.
  • Custom Tools: In general any custom tool is not returnable due to the specialized nature of the tool to the customer unless defective.  In rare occasions, some custom tools may be so similar to a normal production item that WEBFoot may deem a return acceptable.  This is on a case by case basis, and the likelihood of accepting a return for a custom tool is very small.  Keep in mind, though you may not be able to return a custom tool, there are many forums and websites where you may be able to sell a tool that you no longer want and recoup some of your costs.
  • Standard Tools and Parts: You may return standard tools and/or parts that are sold in the online store provided they are in "as new" condition.  Unused, no scratches, visible markings, or induced defects on the item.  WEBFoot retains the right to refuse any return if the condition, reason, or means of return is suspect as deemed by WEBFoot Custom Calls at the shipping expense of the original purchaser.  Generally speaking, if its been used, it is not returnable unless defective as deemed by WEBFoot Custom Calls.
