We truly wish things were different with the sales tax laws in Colorado, but the sales tax changes that were implemented in 2018 have made it too complicated, expensive, and time consuming to ship to the fine folks of Colorado.

If you have a Colorado Sales Tax License - AND - ALL Products you will order will be for resale, please contact us with your account information (Name and email used for the account, along with a copy of your current tax license) so that we can alter your account settings to allow for shipping options during checkout.   We will NOT set this up without having your current license on file.   NO ORDERS WILL SHIP IF YOUR LICENSE HAS EXPIRED UNTIL A COPY OF YOUR NEW LICENSE IS RECEIVED.

The only option we have to offer our fellow Colorado residents that do not have a Colorado Resale Tax License, is to pick up your order here in Wiggins.  We have a pickup location here that is accessible 24/7.  When ordering, choose the "Pick Up" option, and when your order is ready to be picked up, we will email you with the details when your order is ready to be picked up.  Feel free to email us for additional information.

We apologize for this.  We just cant afford the time and costs of tax calculations and tracking, filing, and subscriptions fees associated with selling to Colorado addresses.  Feel free to write to your state representatives and tell them how their actions have effected you and the small businesses like us who would love to continue supplying our Colorado customers with products, but can't afford to do so with the current regulations.

Please be aware, if you place an order and subsequently cancel it because you are not going to pick it up here - there is a restocking fee of 10% plus the transaction/processing fees charged by the payment processor - this will be subtracted from your refund total.
