Shipping your prototype
Be sure to package your prototype well! UPS, FedEx, and USPS are hard on packages... Last thing you want to happen, is have your prototype show up here in pieces!
We suggest wrapping the prototype well in foam, bubble wrap, paper, etc... and then ship it in a box rather than envelope or bag mailer. For added protection, you can send it inside a barrel, or place the wrapped keg inside a short piece of PVC pipe with the ends taped, and put that in the box with some padding.
In most cases, we can still map from a broken keg, but the devil lies in the details - and we wont know for sure until we see it, and try gluing it back together.
PS: We really really REALLY HATE Styrofoam packing peanuts... With a passion!!! Bubble wrap, foam sheeting, paper, rags, paper towels, all that good stuff - no problem! But packing peanuts... ugh... it will make us say certain words.... But - we'll still make the jig....
