.624-.625" (5/8") Bore Gutsert

Gutserts - also known as ORA's (O-ring Adapters), the glue-in "Gut-sert" is a molded plastic bushing that is used for making calls from wood, in cases where the wood is not strong enough to hold the guts without splitting.

Fits all guts in the .624" to .625" range (SR1, SR6, SR8, SR9, SR10)

Colors and styles may vary from batch to batch.  Custom Colors are available - minimum order for a custom color is 1000 pieces (you may wish to line up a group buy on the forums or similar to help spread out the cost of a custom color run)

Each Gutsert comes with two Neorprene o-rings - ASA size number listed below.

Length of the glue-in portion may vary.  The outside diameters of these parts are appx. 005" to .010" under nominal to allow proper fit and clearance in the call bore for the glue or slip fit. For example, the .858" portion of the WCO615, WCO618 and WCO625 gutserts would fit in a .875" (7/8") bore - allowing for ease of assembly and dis-assembly. The .738" portion would fit in a .75" (3/4") bore and leave room to have an adequate amount of glue to secure the part in the keg. O-rings included.

Suggested Glues:  JB Weld, Plumbers Goop, Epoxy, Gorrilla Glue
