Custom Bands

Yes, we can make custom bands...  But we will be the first to say that its not our main focus.   The tooling is different between cutting acrylic call parts and cutting brass, aluminum, and stainless steel for items such as call bands.   We have not gotten setup with tooling to do stainless steel as of yet, and we may not ever get around to it.   We do have the tooling for brass, copper, and aluminum, and occasionally do runs of bands for customers who just can't find what they want "off the shelf".  

Our minimum run for bands is TWO - 4' sticks of material cut completely into a single design.

We can also have your aluminum bands anodized at  your request.   Anodizing is a "batch" type arrangement - 1 batch is typically up to about 100-120 bands (depending on size of bands), and whether its 1 band or 100, the batch fee is the same.   1 color per batch.  Contact us if if you wish to have us make your aluminum bands and have them anodized for you.
