WEBFoot Services
WEBFoot Custom Calls not only offers parts and tools for call making, but also call making services to help you as your needs grow. Maybe you have so many orders you can't keep up. Maybe you are looking to add a new line of calls at a lower price point. Whatever created your need for more calls WEBFoot is able to help. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION HERE - emailing us and asking for the information that is posted here will likely get you directed right back here.
Check out the menu to the left for the various services available.
We strongly suggest that you allow WEBFoot to order material in for you, or that you order from Delvies Plastics. Keep in mind, we do NOT mark up material. We charge the customer what we paid for the material.
We WILL NOT copy any design that is not your own original work without written and notarized permission from the originator. Please dont send us a molded poly part you bought somewhere and expect us to duplicate it for you out of acrylic.
Please remember, we respect your time, so please respect ours. We have rough pricing listed here on the website - based on what we typically see. We can't "rough estimate" any better than what is here on the website without seeing your specific part. We also cant guess what diameter material you'll need, what colors you want, or how many sticks of parts you are going to get - so we can't even begin to guess material costs for you if you don't provide all of that information. And if you have that information, you likely can figure that out just by looking at the Delvie's website. Please don't email and ask us for a rough estimate without some usable information for us to work with. Without that, we will just direct you right back here to read.
For those of you planning way ahead for CNC work, April, May, and early June tends to be our slower months - but with potential back log its hard to predict.
Minimum Quanties (updated for 2015): We have changed our minimum run/batch to TWO 4-foot sticks of material per part/blank (it used to be One). So if you require barrels and kegs, the minimum batch run will be 2 sticks of each barrels and kegs, for a total of FOUR 4-foot sticks.
Turn around times: First time jobs have a longer turn around time than do repeat jobs as there are many details to sort through, set ups to complete, and program verification. One can expect 5-10 weeks (with present workload conditions) for a first time job of normal size (up to 5-8 sticks of acrylic), but genearlly speaking the turn around time on repeat jobs of the same size is 3-5 weeks once the job can be started (material, deposit, prototype have all been received and we get to your job on the list). Many times we are able to beat even our best estimate on turn around times, but it is completely dependent on the work load, part(s), material availability and so forth. Please plan for the worst and we will try and do out best. We would much rather you be surprised that we are done early, than mad that we didn't meet you expected time frame. OBviously larger runs will take longer, especially if tone board milling or polishing is part of the job.
Materials: We can supply cast acrylic rod for you (manufactured by Poly One), or you can drop ship your own material to us - Please Note: We do NOT recommend Midland Plastics as a supplier - if you intend on using Midland Plastics for your material, contact us first so that we can explain exactly what your risks are in using them. We do not mark up material. Our prices are the same as listed on Delvies website. If you opt to order your own material and have it drop shipped to us, BE SURE to include your name in the shipping address (ex. Joe Schmoe, C/O WEBFoot Custom Calls) so that we know who the material belongs to. In addition we suggest you email us a copy of the order so that we can verify the order received to the order you placed.
Please read through the services we offer at the left side of the page. (this must be important - its bolded, underlined, and we said it twice on the same page :D ) There is a lot of information there that will likely help you better understand the process and have the necessary information when contacting us for quotes. Skimming through it will only cause delays down the road. Making a single call on a hand lathe is a completely different process than running a batch on a CNC.
Deposit: All material, setup fees, and 50% deposit on machining must be paid prior to any work starting. The remaining balance must be paid prior to items being shipped. If invoices for products or services are not paid in full within 90 days of completion, WEBFoot reserves the right to sell those items at a discounted price to recover any unpaid balance. Any funds received from the selling of those items that is greater than the charges incurred to manufacture the parts will be refunded to the customer.
